This classic yet contemporary designer fire surround is available in a full range of wood finishes. Shown here in Beech, the Estoril uses two huge Tuscan-style column decorations to offset the minimal decoration of the surround. By using a very smooth design with no frills, this neo-classical fire surround produces a much stylised look in a modern house, and is most suited to a room such as a lounge. The raised inner border of the slightly arched frieze is continued down the inside of the jamb, a thin tiered mantel shelf completes the fireplace.
