The X Fire Limestone Widescreen and 1000 (small) gas fire from West Country Fires is an unashamedly cool gas fire that mounts on a large variety of walls and offers a progressive design but with a casual nod to retro styles as well. The Widescreen X Fire in Limestone is a bold statement of a gas fire and perhaps isn't for those preferring a discreet and subtle element to their interior! The X Fire is very wide, high on impact and seriously sexy. Available in a Limestone finish, the frame is very deep with no visible lines to create a kind of letterbox effect on your wall. Sharp lines and a deep texture add a great deal of definition to your interior and would perfectly juxtapose bold coloured walls, wooden effects and especially exposed brick. The fire itself is restrained behind a thermal glass screen where it pleases the eye through a unique RX3 multiple ribbon effect flame for a natural and rustic charm.

Efficient Heating Solution

Behind the fresh and funky appearance lies a seriously proficient gas fire. The fire emits an impressive 3.5kw of convected heat which will warm up the largest of rooms. Perhaps most importantly the fire is 100% natural gas efficient which furthers its instant appeal as this fire is an economical and efficient heating device. Practical Installation Procedure

Another blessing of the X Fire Widescreen is that it is incredibly simple to set up so you will not be hassled by large building costs and at the mercy of previous hearth locations and recesses. On the contrary, the X Fire Widescreen is made of strong but lightweight materials which mean you can place the fire on a far greater range of walls than other wall mounted gas fires. You do need a 100cm³ air vent installed, but beyond that no chimney or flue is required so you could install it in some weird and wonderful locations.
