This commitment extends to all clients of West Country Fires, both in our showrooms and our online customers. West Country Fires are committed to selling original manufacturers products at competitive prices, not imitations or grey imports. It is common practise to take an order and then 'switch sell' to another cheaper model. West Country Fires will never do this to 'appear' cheaper.

SAll our fireplaces, fires and accessories are sold on the basis that if the product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not exactly as described, we will replace the unit at our cost and provide exactly the same high level of service that we would in our showrooms. The service you would hope for! If just getting the rock bottom price is your driving factor, we politely suggest that there may be better alternatives to West Country Fires. We sell at very competitive prices for the genuine products. Quality after-sales service is included.
